Naval Health Clinic Annapolis (DoD), Annapolis, MD 8/2006 to present

 

Information Assurance Manager/Department Head

 

·   Project manager and technical lead for many upgrades, migrations and pilot projects.

·   Projects include conversion to enterprise active directory, server reduction/consolidation from 27 servers to 13 with no loss of functionality or performance, introduction of DoD mandated programs such as McAfee HBSS, implementation of CAC only logon, Symantec SEE, conversion of local enclave from public IP addresses to private IP addresses, migration from Symantec Endpoint Protection to McAfee anti-virus and many others.

·   Serve as site primary HBSS administrator.

·   Managed 2 successful email domain migrations. 

·   Managed 3 DIACAP/ATO cycles including vulnerability testing with DISA gold disk, Retina and Nessus (ACAS) to include remediation with SMS/SCCM, group policy objects and SysInternals Pstools as well as remediation reporting via POA&M’s and RAR’s. 

·   Implemented MS SMS 2003 and later SCCM for command program updates and security patching.
