12+ years combined experience in both corporate and agency settings, and 5 years in an educational setting.

This includes a variety of experiences placing Entry Level/VP professionals that require high-level clearances

for various agencies (NSA, CIA, ONI, DoD, DoE, NOAA, ICE, Dept of State, National Labs, and NASA).

·                        Implement creative and advanced Internet sourcing techniques, such as: Linked-in, Social Networking, Monster, Cleared Connections, Clearance Jobs, Career Builder, Intelligence Careers, etc.

· Provide basic knowledge of HR Policies, Procedures, Employment Law, and Inter-Departmental Collaboration.  

· Write and post job ads for company’s openings.

· Assist in large-scale recruitment events.

· Contact candidates, profile and administer skill sets as needed, while helping candidates potential candidates understand the importance of updates required in resume and interview training. 

· Implement standardized interviews to simplify and increase efficiency of interviews to all candidates.

· Use MS Word to help reformat resumes and write additional updates as needed.

· Submit resumes and profiles to the Project Manager while selling the candidate.

· Coordinate and schedule interviews while trouble shooting and overcoming objections during the

course of the placement process.

· Implement tracking systems to keep a tracking record that includes, but is not limited to these (VMS): BrassRing, Taleo, and other various customized relational databases. 

· Contact references negotiate salaries, and document candidates’ information into the database.

· Coordinate information needed by the Security Officer for clearance checks that range from Secret

to TS/SCI with CI or Full Life Style Polygraphs.

· Send out offer letters to candidates as a Permanent, Temp-to-Hire and/or Contractor.

 

 

Intelligence Community

·       Recruited from Help Desk to VP, Director, and SME level utilizing TS/SCI, and/or ISSA with CI or FL

        Polygraphs. 

 

Locations: NSA, CIA, DoD, ONI, DoE, ICE, Dept of State, and NOAA.

 

 

Scientific Community/Environmental Sciences

·       Worked closely with VP’s and Director’s senior and most critical openings for the Scientific Community.

·       Requirements needed Masters and/or PhD degrees.

·       Activities ranged from cosmological studies to examining anthropogenic changes in Earth systems, to

        saving lives through satellite-aided search and rescue (SARSAT).

·       Ozone, Soil Moisture, Ocean Color, but not limited to which supported research and applications for  

        climate, atmospheric, and oceanic circulations, air quality, human health, and biospheric studies.

·       Increased the number of hires and revenues 1.4 Million in 8months.

National Labs

·      Worked closely with VP’s and Director’s most senior and critical openings for a variety and differing Computational Scientists with Masters and PhD degrees (e.g., the invention of efficient search and

       sort algorithms, techniques of parallel processing, etc.). The former is the use primarily of computation, rather than of theorizing or experimentation, to attain scientific knowledge. Scientists and engineers develop computer programs, and application software that model systems being studied and run these programs with various sets of input parameters. Typically, these models require massive amounts of calculations (usually floating-point) and were often executed on super-computers (HPC) or distributed computing platforms.

·      Recruited Software Engineers, Systems Engineers, Systems Administrators, and Numerical Analysis nation-wide for important underpinning techniques used in computational science.
