Composed an accreditation team to construct, plan, conduct and document all phases of the Security Test and Evaluation (ST&E) process, Survey Risk Assessment during a System Security Authorization Agreement (SSAA) upgrade.  Successfully achieved final accreditation for both classified and unclassified networks. Implemented an Information Assurance (IA) training program for over 150 shipboard personnel. Operations Department Head:  Responsible for ship logistics Operations led a team of 20 personnel providing logistics services in support of Combat Logistics Operations. Scheduled tracked and coordinated over 175 underway replenishment evolutions delivering 32.M gallons of fuel, 158 pallets of ammunition and 5,024 pallets of subsistence to U.S. and coalition ships in the 5ft FLEET AOR. Guided USNS SUPPLY AOE 6 through 5 straits of Hormuz transits and Arabian Gulf through despite many challenges from Iranian ships. Implements the NMCI IA enterprise policy. Promulgates tracks, assesses, and follows up on all NMCI IA enterprise issues. Acts as the NNSOC Liaison with Naval Network Warfare Command (NNWC) and the Global Network Operations Center (GNOC), Information System Security Manager (ISSM) and the Office of the Designated Approval Authority on all NMCI IA enterprise matters and incidents. Coordinates input from all participants then disseminates all information via email or correspondence. Collects, consolidates, and submits all IA lessons learned.  Assisted and performed Integration test of components and use Gold Disk Scanning for compliance of DOD IA Controls and conduct risk assessment to very security controls. He also performs security Test & Evaluation when required. The testing discovered several vulnerabilities and compliance issues.  Developed Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) for classified spillages on an unclassified network, placing the ownership back on the command to clean up, saving thousands of dollars in man-hours.
