Provided technical leadership to a team of 26.  Provided technical summaries to senior and executive level management on the use and direction of the products supported by the EMSL team.

·               Designed, implanted and supported ITCAM products for over 200 accounts supported by the EMSL team.

·               Developed, implemented, configured, and supported URL monitoring service for IBM customer and IBM Global account customers. The service offering required integrating the following technologies:

o        Monitoring based on ITCAM for Transactions and ITM.

o        Included use of Rational Performance and Functional Tester and Robotic Response Time agents to monitor customer web sites.

o        Agents reported back to a cCentral visual dashboard portal with secure multi-tenancy utilizing the Jazz for Service Management framework.

o        Portal included use ofTivoli Common Reporting (TCR) 3.1 with Cognos for historical reporting and Tivoli Directory Integrator for specialized screens.

o        Installed and configured most of the components for ITM and ITCAM and Jazz for SM.

·               Supported home-grown URL monitoring applications.  The applications were Perl and Java based and were built on Tomcat and WebSphere.  This included supporting very old versions of these products and upgrading them in order to keep them compliant while building the new portal to replace them.  Designed plan to My design included process to replace these legacy products with a new portal, upgrading as necessary to keep compliant with security standards, while still supporting the legacy products and maintaining monitoring integrity.

·               Mentored all team members on the technologies present in the EMSL team.

·               Interviewed candidates for technical skills to assist manager with hiring decisions. Assisted Manager with hiring interviews on technical aspects of the products supported by EMSL.
