● Designed and programmed ART (Absence Request Tool, a HR
software that allows employees to request and track time off) using JSF2,
jQuery, Jquery UI under Spring MVC.
● Usability and design for a candidate assessment SaaS/Cloud
application. This product receives 20,000+ users every day. Overcame
technical hurdles of implementing HTML5 under JSF2, support for the current
versons of the most common internet browsers, and backwards compatibility for
each.
● Worked with an Agile Development team to design and
implement a mobile version of our Assessments product utilizing JSF2,
RichFaces, JQuery Mobile, and UAgentInfo for browser detection.

● Responsible for coordinating and enhancing Citibank's use
of Ajax and other modern web technologies to increase customer usability for
clients such as Sears, AT&T, Exxon, Amazon and Home Depot.
● Prototyped, designed, and implemented new interface
concepts for Citicard.com using CSS3, JavaScript and AJAX technologies.
Built Flash applications and debugged production sites.
● Coordinated Usability testing with third party vendor.
● Developed and maintained Citi Cards’ intranet site,
including converting the site to work with MS SharePoint and designing new
productivity software. Site was written in PHP, SQL and MySQL
databases.
● Translated complex and often
conflicting business and marketing requirements into practical and workable

technical presentations with user flows and storyboards, as well as

Blue’s Intranet. Created logos and content for the main pages of the Internet
and Intranet, company wide posters, closed circuit television and various
other media.
● Created the Online Provider Directory (OPD), a search
engine which allows customers to search for health care providers based on
various criteria like name and relative location.
● Architected and developed an NT
single sign on security platform in ColdFusion, Fusebox, MS SQL, PeopleSoft.
The platform houses 30+ applications which are utilized by the business for
content management and data control for Internet and Intranet.
● Created a secure domain, containing
more than 28 ColdFusion applications, which allows users to administer
various aspects of their applications in a secure and role driven
environment.
● Architected and developed the
Customizable Web Application (CWA) framework used by over 8,000 employees
access 20+ sites . CWA is modular framework that controls authentication and
integrations of multiple tools used in creating a web based application.
● Responsible for the architecture and
development of two BCBSFL.com redesigns. The site was written in
ColdFusion/Fusebox utilizing MS SQL and various other technologies. This site
gets 10,000+ hits per day.
● Assisted IBM in implementing a new user experience
for the new Online Provider Directory utilizing IBM portal.
