Description:As a federal agency PSA is subject to the Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA).  PSA’s (Pretrial Service Agency) Strategic Planning, Analysis and Evaluation (PAE) unit provides planning, performance measurement and analytical services for the agency.  This unit is responsible for producing (GPRA) related plans and reports.  PRISM version 1.0 was designed to support PSA’s defendant supervision function.  It is divided into two modules:  client information and supervision.  Purpose of the project is the create data warehouse from the PRISM to answer the GPRA related reports. Data warehouse was built using the Microsoft BI 2000.

When paper sign up applicant come through the web, the keys in the database matches and finds his/her account. This ties guest userid to the paper sign up account. From there he/she can use single account to signup for the programs like MCR and clubs like Baby club. He/she can login through the web to maintain his/her account, view the account information and check their earned program points over the Internet.
