·         Developed a component resemblance to salesforce standard event invitation functionality. As salesforce supports only limited standard objects, Custom Calendar has been developed by CSS team which supports all standard objects and custom objects.

Premier Care in Bathing Solution

·         A custom cloud application (Force.com) developed for scheduler team to schedule the appointment for sales rep with customer.

·         The Custom Calendar component will be used for creating appointments, updates, reschedules and canceling the appointment. The search options are available under various criteria with features like distance using google map.

·         Appointment Move ups – The corresponding appointments of sales group will be displayed with distance between appointments by integration of google maps for scheduler to move appointments to another sales rep reducing travel distance.

·         Worked in Chatter plus for sales reps to check their schedule and update appointment feedback.
