Pricing Applications
The e-commerce pricing systems are integrated with back end legacy systems, and SAP. The
integration is done through real time synchronous messages, file extracts, batch updates, web
services etc. Responsibilities included providing estimates during project initiation, WBS,
estimates, design, build and implementation of different applications. I am also responsible for
creation of shared services for brand part search and competitor part search.
Product Cross Reference
The e-commerce product cross reference applications are integrated with enterprise level data
warehouses, central part repository and catalog databases. Cross Reference features include
brand parts, competitor parts and military specification parts with restricted sales. Responsibilities
included providing estimates during project initiation, WBS, estimates, design, build and
implementation of different applications and generating reports for data correction with the
competitor cross reference.
E-Catalog Product Management
The catalog product management applications provide enterprise model to roll out products by
different business units and product management teams. Responsibilities included creating
business and functional requirements, WBS, estimates, resource requirements, design, build and
implementation of different applications and generating reports for product management access
across business unit, rollout of enhanced management application across levels of product
management teams.

Search and Browse
Browse applications provide an easy way to browse the products by brand, industry, type etc.
Responsibilities included providing estimates during project initiation, WBS, estimates, design,
build and implementation, rollout plan and resource requirements. Site search and Product
search is designed built and implemented using Endeca which is a Search and Business
Intelligence tool. Designed and implemented the ITL process with data from catalog, central part
repository, data warehouse systems with Endeca consultants. Designed, build and implemented
part search and site search capabilities across 13 different languages.
Customer Portals
Customer portals provide cross reference to customer specific products to brand products. Lead
technical architect for rolling out 10 such portals.
Re-branding
I managed the Re-branding project as an e-business technical manager. Provided impact
analysis, provide guidelines to different teams in re-branding.
Business Unit Configurator
Lead Technical Architect for providing capability of configuring products, with the ability to
generate quotes, provide discounts, seek approvals, report credits etc. This project is currently
being developed as a cloud service with single sign-on and having different integration points

Grade Crossing System
Grade Crossing System maintains an inventory of all the railroad crossings across the state.
This new system is used by Rail Crossing Division of PennDOT, railroad operators and public
utility division. It has interface points to get the updates from Federal, to provide updates to
Federal, to get GIS specific information from other PennDOT systems. The system also allows
the internal users to create, manage and track safety, bridge and highway projects.

photo service, customer experience, products and services and their vision. We came with the
high level component design and architecture that form the basis to implement the requirements
