company in the world and I was responsible for solving and repairing critical
monitoring issues in their enterprise with ITM, Transaction Tracking, and
Application Performance Management (APM) applications. The focused of
the contract included fixing ITM issues related to misconfigured situations
with their Windows and AIX agents, TSRM and email issues from ITM situation
‘take actions’, and historical collections that weren’t configured
properly. I created synthetic transactions for their critical HTTP and
SAP applications, with Rational Performance Tester (RPT) and configured for
the Robotic Response Time agent. I managed the installation of Jazz for
Service Management, Smart Cloud Application Performance Management and
