IBM and Advance Auto Parts are business
partner and IBM took over all the Production Support and Development work
from their earlier vendors. The Applications including Order Creation, Order
Processing, Store Management, Report generations, Vendor Management. Our
primary responsibility is to do Production Support, Change Request
Implementation and building new applications. My responsibility is to manage
the Production tickets, fixing them, coordinating with offshore from India
and Philippines. Apart from that all new development and enhancement of
existing applications is managed by me.

IBM is building an Agreement Management
Application for Unifirst. The application will enable Unifirst to
maintain their customer agreement, and supply/provide service to their
customer. This is a highly complex project and highly escalated as high as
CEO of IBM. I joined the project to work on the framework and develop one module.

IBM and Macys works
as a business partner for last 10 years and IBM team work for Macys on
Multiple projects like Order Capture, Order Management, Loyalty, Returns,
Payment Systems. My task including Requirement gathering, Consulting
Designing, Development, Unit testing, Code review, offshore Co-ordination,
Deployment in WAS server and Defects Management and co-ordination with
various team. The projects were running in Continuous Integration with SVN,
Jenkins and UDeploy.
All the projects
are in Java, J2EE, Web service, JMS, spring, hibernate. Store procedure, DB2.
I run a development team of 6 people in offshore and handle all the
deliveries of Macys D2C department. Other than regular development I am also
creating IBM cloud application demo for Macys, and POC for JBOSS migration.

Description: Major Home Fashion (MHF) is a Department on HBC which has
implemented Omni Channel Commerce Solution in Sterling Commerce 8.5. We
managing the application which includes maintaining UAT and production
Environment. We are
implementing CRs based on client's requirement. We are responsible to
maintain Sterling application, several reports and maintain the Database. We
also process orders which requires manual processing.
Contribution: I am
an Onsite coordinator in this project. I am responsible for Maintaining
Sterling Tool (Modifying for Performance), Coordinate code Deployment in UAT
and Production. Apart from that I take care of Severity 1 and
Severity 2 tickets
from production which consist of Order processing, Special Job runs, System
outage, Access Issues. I am also responsible for PL/SQL jobs that runs every
day.

Purchase Order Project for world's largest Retail Company. This Project

Searching, Cancel Close, Reactivate and View
Audit Log of a Purchase Order or Purchase Agreement.
Contribution: My Job involves interacting with
client directly, gather requirements, I have designed some module, Designed
Process flow from that requirements. Developed Module. I was also involved in
Framework enhancement and Non-Functional Requirement and have done some POC
on Excel and PDF generation Security handling, Creating Security Data.

This includes raising an issue, confirming
of the issue by various Airline, different solution proposal by Airbus,
voting for the appropriate solution, solution implementation, Mail
Notification, various work lists and closing of the problem. It won
the Award of Excellence from Airbus among all the projects executing in
different Companies.

Central Loan Processing is the biggest
application development project in whole Capgemini world. The systems
processes loan from it local 380 co-operative banks scattered all over Europe
and maintains its data in a central system. This includes offering a
loan to completion of that loan, Creating unique loan products, maintaining customer
data, and manages different banks in Europe. The system provides the local
banks under Rabo bank in different countries with different currency and
language, to connect the central server. The system also provides to
change the banner for the local banks.
Contribution: Apart from development also
contributed towards Architecture enhancement.

the big medical houses of USA. Patient Access and Management team develops
the end to end solution of the patient’s records from admission to check out
from the medical facility. Initially it was in Com+ application now it has
