EcoSuite was the first fully integrated cloud collaboration suite to provide one-stop solution for comprehensive collaboration and social platform for messaging, email, online calendaring, file sharing, document management along with CRM and workflow. EcoSuite developed its own application framework and platform from scratch to be scalable, responsive and manageable and that supports building any cloud app that can be delivered to any device. EcoSuite did that with a fraction of the cost of leading competition such as Google Apps.

 

·               Architect and designer of Java based xBASE Cloud Application Framework that supports any device (smart phones to PCs).

·               Responsible for product management, agile product development, core architecture, scalability, algorithm development, management and strategy besides vendor relationships, selection of hardware, software and purchase decisions.

·               Created cloud-based social platform and collaboration technology for sharing of files, calendar, tasks, contacts, emails and photos across peers, groups, and partners, and across any enterprise.

·               Created an integrated CRM platform for sales force automation, customer service management, lead management along with account and contact management.

Theora.com successfully built a prototype a cloud-based virtual desktop for any device. It was one of the earliest concepts of cloud capability.

SolidWorks Corporation, Concord, MA

 

Invited to join the start-up team (7^th employee) that beat the competition with fewer people for the mainstream mechanical CAD market and that led to the acquisition by Dassault Systemes for 400 million dollars. A key contributor and patent holder who helped in the success of SolidWorks. Architect of innovative data architecture, user Interface and software design that significantly improved performance.

·               Architect and developer of the assembly design, selections, and database issues including external referencing, object naming and identification scheme.

·               Provided technical leadership, assistance and guidance to the actual development team, as the sole Principal Engineer.

Parametric Technology Corporation (PTC), Waltham, MA

 

Core employee (8^th) hired for the start-up development for the revolutionary Mechanical CAD start-up that became the world leader in mechanical CAD with 250 million dollars in annual sales in 6 years. Responsible for the operations, release management, integration of the software and automated software quality assurance and led the integration group.

·               Designed and built the CASE framework for agile software development, software configuration and release management tools for the development of Pro/Engineer which was a prime contributor for two major releases Pro/ENGINEER per year and led to significant product momentum and revenue.
