Express Scripts provides integrated pharmacy benefit management services including network-pharmacy claims processing, home delivery pharmacy services, etc. To accomplish its goal the Patient Systems project has brought forward an Order center Application to provide the clients with a secure and convenient way of prescription management which includes services like order prescriptions at subsided rate, prescription refills, health insurance claims and benefit management, mailing order etc. The application is hosted both on Web & Mobile platforms.

Responsibilities:

-          Mobile Development Lead responsible for Designing & Developing Rich & Light-weight Interfaces for Mobile applications on Android, IOS & Windows platform using SOFEA (front End framework)

Responsibilities:

-          Design & Develop the Integration System which connects the Salesforce based cloud Application with the legacy ticketing System built on Oracle technologies like Java & PL/SQL.

-          Any new features added in the Salesforce CSONE App have to be compatible with the Legacy system and should be data-synced. My team owned the middle tier which linked the cloud platform to "end-systems".

-          Responsible as a developer implementing Business requirement & Break Fixes on Salesforce using point & click capabilities, APEX & Visualforce.

-          Development Lead leading efforts across the offshore & onshore teams.

·               This Project was transitioned to Accenture from a different IT Vendor. I was responsible for leading my team through the knowledge transition phase making sure, all the technical knowledge & functional process information are gathered. A knowledge repository up to 6 yrs. Were transitioned within 2 months. My Team was able to maintain the BAU status for our clients during the continuous monthly release for new feature added in the application.

Application Outsourcing Metrics Report is a business report referred by the DU level Management in Accenture to monitor the health of a project/project team/engagement/industry cell. To automate this whole process of data extraction from base trackers, generating necessary business reports (using MS excel) we have developed the AO Metrics Application.
