1. Internal Work August 2011 – June 2014

I was the internal PeopleSoft technical architect. I built and managed Grant Thornton’s internal PeopleSoft environments.

 

2. Delaware North Companies January 2014 – June 2014

Grant Thornton was hired as the primary implementation vendor to install a new PeopleSoft Financials 9.2 application. I was a PeopleSoft developer and junior technical architect (PS Admin) on the project.

 

 

3. Associated Wholesale Grocers May 2013 – January 2014

MarketSphere’s Oracle practice was acquired by Grant Thornton in September of 2013 and became Grant Thornton’s Technology Solutions Group within its Business Advisory Service practice. MarketSphere (Grant Thornton) was hired as the primary implementation vendor to install a new PeopleSoft Financials 9.1 application. I was a PeopleSoft developer and the BI Publisher SME on the project.

 

4. Berkshire May 2013 – June 2013

MarketSphere was hired as the primary implementation vendor to implement the asset and real estate management PeopleSoft Financials modules. I was the interface lead on the project.

 

5. Greatbatch February 2013 – May 2013

MarketSphere was hired as the primary implementation vendor to install a new Oracle Fusion cloud based application. I was the technical lead on the project. I managed the integration of a Fusion Cloud based deployment with the client’s existing Oracle EBS application. The Core HCM, Talent & Goal and Workforce management modules were implemented.

 

6. Brightcove February 2013 – May 2013

MarketSphere was hired as the primary implementation vendor to install a new Oracle Fusion cloud based application. I was the interface lead on the project.

 

7. Cassidy Turley August 2011 – December 2012

MarketSphere was hired as the primary implementation vendor to implement PeopleSoft Financials 9.1. I was a PeopleSoft developer and the BI Publisher SME on the project.

PeopleSoft Practice > PeopleSoft Financials (FSCM) Technical Consultant

·   I was the PeopleSoft BI publisher reporting subject matter expert.

·   I was the AP check and check printer subject matter expert.

·   I created and managed four internal PeopleSoft environments that included two FIN environments and two HCM environments.

·   I maintained all internal environments by applying maintenance packs, bundles, tax updates and cobol compilation.

·   Coordinated the client’s external interface approach.

·   Designed the external interface directory structure.

·   Managed and validated all PeopleSoft Internet Architecture tasks to ensure that the PeopleSoft environments were properly installed and configured by IBM’s infrastructure team. These tasks were initially done prior to the build phase and after environment refreshes.

·   Managed the configuration of the AP check printers and coordinated the effort with IBM.

·   Developed over 15 Crystal AP checks.

·   Developed a complex and high priority GL to REM interface and mapping.

·   Developed several Project Costing extensions.

Peoplesoft FSCM 9.1 > PeopleSoft Interface Lead

·   Developed an IT asset management interface that pulled data from 3^rd party IT asset scanning software (WASP) into PeopleSoft’s asset repository.

·   I helped configure a MS SQL database link to pull data from the WASP database into PeopleSoft.

·   Developed a real estate management interface that processed data from a delimited file into a GL accounting entry table that was used to generate general ledger journals.

 

Oracle Fusion HCM > Fusion Technical Lead

·   Managed the preparation and configuration of the Fusion HR2HR Oracle EBS cloud integration.

·   Gathered requirements for HR data that needed to be converted into Fusion.

·   Set up Oracle Identity Manager (OIM).

·   Configured Fusion File Based Loader and web service.

·   Configured Fusion FTP server

·   Managed the Oracle EBS patch installation process necessary for integration with Fusion.

·   Worked closely with Oracle’s Center of Excellence lead to successfully integrate Fusion and Oracle EBS. I received special recognition from the COE lead communicating that my role and dedication played a critical part in the success of the integration.

 

Oracle Fusion HCM > Fusion Interface and Reporting Lead

·   Used Fusion analytic models and other data models to create BI Publisher reports.

·   Developed an interface that would extract employee and compensation data from Fusion so that it could be sent to ADP to be processed.

 

PeopleSoft FSCM and HCM 9.1 > PeopleSoft Developer

·   Developed legacy extract programs for several data conversions (AR Customers, AP invoices, GL journals) using Microsoft Business Intelligence Studio.

·   Developed the consolidated and non-consolidated billing invoice forms using BI Publisher (XMLP).

·   Developed several AP interfaces including positive pay, CCD+ EDI, and AP bank reconciliation.

·   In addition to development work I assisted with various PS administration and technical architecture tasks.

1. Virginia Department of Transportation August 2010 – August 2011

Accenture was hired as the primary vendor to upgrade the PeopleSoft Financials 7.X application to the new PeopleSoft Financials 9.1 application. I had two roles on the State of Virginia project. My fist role title was PeopleSoft Conversion Developer. My second role title was Performance Test Consultant.

 

2. State of Kansas October 2009 – August 2010

Accenture was hired as the primary vendor to implement the PeopleSoft Financials 9.0 application to complement the existing PeopleSoft HRMS application. My role title was PeopleSoft Conversion Developer on the State of Kansas project.

 

 

3. State of Ohio July 2007 – October 2009

Accenture was hired as the primary vendor to implement the PeopleSoft Financials 8.8 application.

My role title was PeopleSoft Developer on the State of Ohio project.

 

PeopleSoft FSCM / HCM 9.1 > Conversion Developer

·   Designed Customer, Customer Contacts, Purchase Order, and Procurement Contracts conversion programs utilizing Component Interfaces.

·   Developed application engine conversion programs for Accounts Payable 1099 and Leave Absence data for the Time and Attendance module.

·   Responsible for developing technical designs, build documentation, and unit test documentation for the conversion of Customers, Leave Balances, Procurement Contracts, Purchase Order, and 1099 Tax data.

·   Worked with file layouts, data mappings, and state agency stake holders to help validate the conversion of data from the PeopleSoft FSCM 7.X source system to the PeopleSoft FSCM 9.1 target system.

·   Developed SQL scripts to validate that the conversion program file data was successfully staged and properly converted to the targeted PeopleSoft base tables.

 

PS Financials/HR 9.1 > Performance Testing Consultant

·   Responsible for Online and Batch load testing preparation and execution activities.

·   Developed LoadRunner programs that are used to simulate virtual users performing various data entry tasks online.

·   Designed data profiles for Accounts Receivable and Project Accounting transactions that analyze data distribution used to pre-populate the PeopleSoft base tables with data in order to perform accurate performance tests.

·   Developed PL/SQL scripts to insert historical data into tables based on data profiles.

PS FSCM 9.0 > Conversion Developer

·   Validated the conversion of Vendors, Customers, Projects, Bidders, Supplier Contracts, Assets, Warrants, GL Balances, Encumbrances, and Pending Items.

·   Responsible for executing and validating the conversion of Asset Management file data for 70 state agencies. 

·   Worked with file layouts, data mappings, and state agency stake holders to help validate the conversion of data from several legacy source systems to the PeopleSoft FSCM 9.0 target system.

·   Analyzed Application Engine PeopleCode to aid in the development SQL scripts used to validate that the conversion program file data was successfully staged and properly converted to the targeted PeopleSoft base tables.

·   Developed a nVision Account Summary Report for the General Ledger module.

·   Developed application engines including an Accounts Receivables deposits component interface.
