Corporate Technology Manager: Responsibilities included sales management for a team of 9
Account Representatives. Responsible for revenue generation, account planning, territory
management, and customer satisfaction for Eastern United States representing $400M in
revenue for small and midsized business (TS2 Road Show) with consistent 103% quota
attainment. Managed vendor relations with Big Day national partners. Developed engagement
strategies for new and existing Value-Added Providers (VAPs) and Microsoft Solution Providers
(MSPs) providing increased revenue in targeted areas. Key accomplishments included: Drove
the development and implementation of 85 US city tours targeted to Hispanic and African
