·               Provided business analysis and recommendations for the future direction for Sungard’s Power Scheduling products. Multi-market ISO – ERCOT, CAISO, MISO, PJM and non-ISO areas. 

·               Commitment in this product area will involve $ 3 mil with organizational resources locally and offshore. 

·               Reported directly to the Sr. VP Product Management to provide consulting advice to establish leadership goals/vision as well as development operational objectives. 

·               Reviewed legacy systems code to design new enhancements in future products namely Entegrate modules.

Development Operations

·               Project Manager – Worked with the Director of Development Operations rolling out RUP as the official methodology providing walk through examples of OOAD analysis and constructed UML templates and modeling examples for the Analysis and Design deliverables including Use Cases, Sequence Diagrams, Application Domain and Master Class Models, Data Models, Functional Specifications, Requirements Specifications. 

·               Evaluated tools for UML implementation including Rational Rose, Requisite Pro, Enterprise Architect and plug-ins for these tools providing recommendations for a soon to be developed PMO strategy.

·               Developed performance standards and evaluated work in light of established standards.
