SENIOR MANAGER, IT | OPERATIONS (March 2015-PRESENT)

Manage a team of 8 system administrators and devops engineers to oversee IT operations, Network Operations, Data Center Operations, Release Engineering, infrastructure, system design, projects, and vendors. Enforce companywide training for security awareness. Gather technical requirements, track performance, report metrics, perform forecasting, maintain security certifications, serve as part of the product pipeline, involved with product launches, and provide mission-critical support of other departments for smooth workflow.

·               Design, implement, and administer over 400+ Linux systems in the customer facing network serving fortune 500 companies.

·               Implemented the Amazon AWS based cloud solution to CipherCloud SaaS based offering product, custom develop automation tools to enchance stability and management.

Managed the Corporate IT and Operations Teams to support internal and customer-facing Meru networking services. Managed the Help Desk Team to support global offices and maintained SAP systems for Finance, Sales, and Operations Departments. Implemented security best practices, performing yearly audits and system penetration tests to stay up-to-date with potential vulnerabilities in the systems.
