Determined customers storage requirements and developed technical documentation for Sales Team. Installed and configured EMC storage management software (Control Center, Powerpath, SRDF, SYMCLI, Timefinder) on various platforms (AIX, Linux, Sun, W2K, TRU64, and HP-UX).

Developed automated high availability processes, using HACMP, Veritas Cluster Manager.  Provided customer with knowledge of product capabilities.  Integration of solutions with Veritas, Veritas Backup.  Commvault, and Legato. Architect SAN based archiving solutions utilizing Storage Tek, SCSI to FC bridges (Crossroads).

Storage Migration Project Leader – developed customer specific storage migration procedures for every major operating system, either coming from or going to EMC storage hardware, including Celerra and Centera. Assist customers with proper architecture of servers (Unix, Windows) to achieve best practices when attached to EMC storage. Data Center relocation and storage consolidation project leader.

Citizens Bank – Design of SAN infrastructure and business continuity solutions. Developed integration strategy for absorbing storage hardware obtained thru acquisition of other banks. Backup, recovery and business continuity planning.

Hasbro Corp:  Design complete SAN/NAS infrastructure and storage migration for second largest toy maker in the world. Hardware included Symmetrix DMX and Symm 5 arrays, Celerra file servers, Clariion arrays, and McData enterprise class FC switches.

State Street Bank: Designed storage consolidation architecture. Migrated storage from 20+ Symmetrix 5 arrays to 3 DMX 3000 arrays.

Fidelity Investments:  Developed storage migration strategy for corporate email servers.

Invensys: Design and implement SAN containing AIX and Solaris SAP/Oracle servers, Symmetrix 8830, Celerra, and Brocade and McData FC switches. Integrate STK LTO tape library into SAN for backups. Hyperformix used to evaluate SAP pre/post migration.

Lahey Clinic: Design and implement complex migration of hospital radiology and imaging systems from direct connect to FC SAN. Architected server configuration requirements for best practice with Fuji Imaging Systems. Integrate to PACS, DICOM. Migrated medical images to Centera.  Centera configuration.

Gillette Corp: Design host based storage platform migration procedures for HP-UX and AIX servers.

Reebok: Architected best practices and configured HP9000 Superdome servers to use EMC DMX storage for disaster recovery and high availability. Migrated HP EVA data to EMC DMX.
