EXPERIENCE Microsoft
Corporation (January 2011 to Current) I am Service Operation Engineer in
Enterprise Client Management group at Microsoft and handling System Center
Configuration Manager and Microsoft Intune operations. I lead Platform Operations
team who support System Center Configuration Manager infrastructure and
application which provides services to Microsoft IT and few Microsoft Online
customers. I am primarily responsible for keeping the Configuration Manager
Services with high available along with designing, building and managing the
Configuration Manager infrastructure/Services (to support one of the world
largest Configuration Manager hierarchy with ~350K Configuration Manager
clients and modern devices) with ~400 Configuration Manager Servers and ~50
Hyper-V servers worldwide. In addition to Configuration Manager
Responsibilities, involved in Windows Intune operations to improve the
service quality. I
have been involved in all critical deployments on enterprise management technologies
from last 10 years with last 3+ years at Microsoft. Throughout my tenure in
Microsoft, I played key important roles in managing Configuration Manager
Service like leading Incident & Problem management, Change management and
infrastructure management. Also gained extensive experience in managing 24x7
support team who located in multiple geographical locations. As part the
availability management analyze the infrastructure utilization and
performance and make changes to the infrastructure capacity to handle any

Architect worked on different roles like Project Leader, problem management
engineer, SMS Tier 3 lead and onsite coordinator and SMS Tier 3 analyst. In
this role I am responsible for managing the Microsoft SMS/SCCM infrastructure
for 24x7 environments over ~300K clients. During this I have been
working on incident team escalations and Problems and also installing,
configuring and troubleshooting various components of SMS and SCCM. As a
