The California State Compensation Insurance Fund is a public enterprise fund that operates like a mutual insurance carrier for workers compensation insurance.

 

By transforming distributed checks & communication mailings to a centralized processing, reduced the IT development, maintenance, and operating costs by over 30%. Developed new and innovative business application processes within the company. Identify, document & maintain operational day-to-day support tasks, procedures and processes. As an IT Technical Lead Analyst, I have utilized Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and SCRUM software development methodologies to implement major IT projects.
