AMEX will save lot of money and time on problem management and environment related tasks. Tool will automate the processes and SLA time will be drastically reduced.

Project Name   : AmexWeb Intranet Search (American Express, USA)

Duration   : July 06 – Aug 09

Scope    : The AmexWeb Intranet Portal application provides intranet content to internal American Express employees.  The Intranet Portal is currently deployed on Endeca IAP 4.8.3. The content served up by the Intranet Portal is acquired by crawling the departmental web pages and file system.  In addition, the Vignette Content Management System is utilized to provide further content in the form of XML documents.  The Endeca IAP transforms this data into indices, which are read by the Endeca MDEX or Navigation Engine at run-time.  The Endeca API can then query the engine and return results to a user query or navigation refinement.

CMAX manages content as a collection of components with attributes, which can be pulled dynamically into site pages.

Scope    : Orbit is a real time banking and investment system.  It comprises of various products / service processor modules including a Mutual Funds product processor and a Brokerage product processor.

The product / service processors are independent blocks in themselves and hence allow for a tailor-made implementation of only a part of the suite, offering high scalability at very low marginal cost. 

The Orbit system runs on an Oracle database on Unix O/S and is portable across various UNIX versions like Solaris, HP and DEC As part of the banking convergence project, Orbit Investments System has been chosen as the regional product processor for investment products. It will be implemented in the 7 consumer businesses in Europe.

The Orbit Investments System is a core product processor for the investments business. It covers the Third party and proprietary funds, Equities in multiple markets, Bonds, Warrants and IPOs.

Bhd., which is a licensed stock broking firm registered with Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange (KLSE).Currently, key features of JetFM web site include, real-time Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange online stock quotes, online trading, online composite index graph, break-even calculator, independent research news by Jupiter Research and live financial news from AFX. JetFM members can monitor their portfolio and have access to their trading and account information online.
