Senior Infrastructure Project Manger

·               Senior Project Manager on multiple infrastructure projects transitioning Synchrony Financial (SYF) to a standalone financial business after a GE Capital spin-off.

·               Project Manager on migration of VOIP/infrastructure to support Synchrony Business Centers in the United States with after hour rollover to Hyderabad.

o       New Cisco VOIP with IVR infrastructure and processes implemented.

·               Assisted with migration of GE Windows 2003 Server to SYF Windows 2008 Server prior to Microsoft sunset in July 2015.

o       Migration included P-P, P2V, V2V with applications in two Data Centers (Production & DR).

·               Lead Project Manager with migration of 80+ Citrix user groups from GE to SYF Virtual Citrix farm including VM server roll outs, Application migrations, Active Directory groups, firewall changes, disaster recovery and UAT.

o       Citrix based infrastructure solution using F5, XenApp, XenDesktop and Receiver in an environment of VPN, direct dedicated circuits, and Internet connections into cloud based data centers (VMWare, EMC, Cisco, and F5).
