o        Identified ‘at risk’ Telstra OSS business metric through ratification of Amdocs compliance response for OSS business requirements against eTOM / TAM best practice framework and EDS Telco Industry Framework. The assessment findings supported with mitigation options equipped Telstra to negotiate master contract with Amdocs.

o        Uplifted Telstra’s competitive positioning in the digital broadband content/VAS/IPTV marketplace against other cable service providers by strengthening its underlying cable network capabilities through a Proof-Of-Concept of HFC DOCSIS 3.0 and Packet Cable Multimedia (PCMM) solution with Cisco, Arris and a select group of customers in VIC & NSW. 

o        Delivered operational readiness of Telstra BigPond business unit to support next generation HFC solution by integrating Cisco & Arris cable infrastructure with Telstra MPLS network, B/OSS systems & ITIL processes. 

o        Built the capability in Telstra to proactively analyse network traffic/congestion, forecast customer demand and plan underlying network infrastructure through VPI One Plan Planning & Analytics solution. 

o        Quarterly release planning and management of MICA mobile and FLEXCAB single bill functionalities at HP within the scope of application development and maintenance (AD&M) master contract with Telstra.

o        Managed Amdocs OSS application upgrade and customisation project for Celcom Malaysia through HP.  Scope included new functionalities; product catalogue, product bundling and data cleansing and bug fixes.
