Senior Staff Systems Engineer – Lead Education Services Support 7/2001-Present

Assumed newly created position to develop and implement a technology strategy and roadmap for training systems and customer education support.  Dual role included management of direct reports as well as hands on technical contributions.

¨       Architect of Cadence Virtual training platforms: developed three generation of virtual training solution over the web.

¨       Developed private training cloud: Migrated from desktop classrooms to thin clients connecting to secure private cloud in North America.
