sense around our retail client’s waterfall methodology which drove projects

tax compliance system. The system was built by tying together DB2,
Informatica, SAP, Infor, PeopleSoft, Lawson, WM Travel and multiple 3rd party hosted systems like Service

reconciliation system. These systems were inter-connected by DATAPOWER, AD,
MQ, Message Broker, Web Sphere, IIs, Lombardi, and various other
communication and work flow systems. § Managed multiple vendor
relationships with project oversight and architectural oversight over a
diverse team of 300 people across multiple companies over 2 years.
Mentored the Project Management team on SOW creation, Legal Compliance
issues, and structuring our offsite relationships with vendors. § Implemented our QA/Architecture/PM/BA
client center onboarding with our HR team – this process led all on-boarded
resources through the client’s culture, environments, history, important
