SharePoint Governance Engagement/Project Manager. Designed an

enterprise content management (ECM) solution by leveraging AVYCI’s proprietary

business architecture modeling methodology.

The output included an ECM vision, roadmap, strategy, governance plan, and

complete program. The project was delivered according to schedule and within the

forecasted budget.

BECU (Boeing Employee Credit Union).

Program Engagement Manager, Member One Engagement, 2010-2012. The client

goal was to design a solution to enable the deployment of precision marketing

campaigns (based on the customer behavior) of “engaged” member.

This included capturing customer interaction points regardless of the medium (i.e.,

phone, automatic teller, neighborhood branch, online banking, etc.). After data

capture, building out the best rules engine that allowed an effective predictability on

the likelihood of a customer’s willingness to consume additional financial services.

Embedded Software Design.

Program/Project Manager, NET Custom Application Development, Engagement/

2009 – 2012. Embedded Software/Mobile Communications, Project managed a

team of four to deliver a custom .Net/Embedded software; and, a Linux based

embedded low level hardware programming application. The team consisted of

embedded engineers, .NET Developer, User Experience Architect, and Business

Analyst. Project was delivered on-time and within the forecasted budget.

Silver Lake Partners.

Project Manager/Business Analyst, SharePoint Workflow Engagement, 20082010.

Delivered

a custom investment fund selection custom workflow application

through SharePoint 2007/2010. The application facilitated the employee election

of fund choices for an exclusive investment.

The custom workflow consisted of over 5,000 lines of custom .NET code to extend

baseline SharePoint functionality. The effort consisted of several add-on timeline

extensions as additional application functionality was desired.

EMC, Microsoft Consulting Practice

  · Program Engagement Manager – 2006 to 2008

Managed multiple technology based projects across various industry domains

including professional services, timber management, financial services, and property

casualty insurance companies.

Managed over 10 project managers who were engaged in SharePoint migration

implementation, and workflow. Also, business intelligence, custom application

development (.NET), and CRM efforts were a cornerstone of deliver. Also,

responsible for overseeing the build out of a number of geo-spatial applications

through MS SQL server 2010 and ESRI’s GIS modules to manage differing phases of

a products lifecycle.

While within this role, my contributions led to an increase in the revenue from less

than < $1,000,000 to greater than $3,000,000 by repeatedly demonstrating

information value through development of key information centric applications.

Worked for the Microsoft consulting practice where responsibilities included

building a regional business intelligence practice. A core focus was to deliver

Microsoft business intelligence applications which leveraged the SQL Server

platform (e.g., the database and SSRS, SSIS, and SSAS modules).

financial, and timber management industries.

  · Senior Product Manager (HRIT) – 2005 to 2006 (Contractor)

Microsoft - Lead the operationalization of a decision support roadmap for the

Human Resource IT organization. Major components of the roadmap were to

augment reporting capabilities to solve challenge of managing headcount, and

improving the prospective candidate hiring process.

Managed a group of six (6) resources who were responsible for delivering revenue

cycle and clinical based reporting within an EPIC environment. Built a number of
