A Joint Venture between Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae, CSS has been established to develop and operate the Common Securitization Platform (CSP) to be utilized by the secondary housing finance market in the United States. I was hired as the first Recruiter under CSS with the purpose of building this organization as a start-up from the ground-up. Since joining CSS I have accomplished the following:

 

·   Built both the Applications Development and Quality Assurance practices. Identifying key resources to lead both departments, including Applications Development and QA/Testing Directors.
