Responsibility for two product lines:  Respond, a robust call-center application integrated with Facebook and Twitter APIs and used by multiple Fortune 100 telecom and technology companies; and Javelin, a complex application framework that dynamically analyzes social media streams to surface data points, concepts and insights in near real-time that would be very difficult to find via other methods.

·               Managed and built a team of 10 (Dev, Ops, QA, PM), integration with other engineering groups in Utah and Germany.

·               Successfully executed on complex, multi-component intelligence application analyzing the Twitter Firehose using NLP.
