Microsoft Lync, SharePoint and Yammer infrastructure for pervasive video,
instant messaging, presence and audio/telephony.
Helped
drive the organization to $182mil in high quality unified communications
consulting, Infrastructure Outsourcing, hosted and managed services
pipeline. Led an organization of over 60 employees.
Built
a L1, L2 and L3 Lync support organization in Buenos Aires, Argentina to
provide managed services and offshore support to transformation projects
including defining all toolsets, metrics and processes involved to support
over 2.5mil Lync seats under management.
Over
1.2million Lync seats deployed. 750,000 seats of Lync Enterprise Voice
