·               [Leadership] Responsible for Apartments.com enterprise data vision, technical roadmap and annual $4.5M data capital expense and maintenance operating budget. Responsible for ETL, Middleware, Warehouse, Analytics and Infrastructure Domain architecture for accessing data and content.

·               [Resource Management] As Director of BI and Data, directly reported to the CTO while managed a team of 24 FTEs that included managers, architects, administrators and developers. Additionally managed consultants to maintain technical competency in SOA based ETL, Cloud and on-premise dashboards and reports, EAI, Data Governance, Database Infrastructure Administration and support for business analytics and CRM teams.

·               [Technology Transformation] Re-platform 10 terabyte data warehouse to scale 3 times in volume and reduce processing times by up to 90% and operating costs by 50% by migrating SQL Server to Teradata (MPP) platform.
