Description : TTS Workflow is designed as a dashboard for visualizing the performance of agents working on resolving the tickets logged in the system. The application pulls the ticket data from PGP files and dumps it in SQL Server. The tickets are scrubbed and handled by agents and rolled on dialer. TTS dashboard displays the real live data with bar charts, pie charts for higher management officials. The project is data driven web site which renders highcharts by plotting KPI as data points.

 

Roles & Responsibilities - Individual Contributor & Team coordinator

          i.   Developed code in C#, Razor v2 for views and implemented jQuery plugins for UI.

          ii.  Introduced and developed SSIS packages to migrate existing windows services to SQL Server for extracting data from BMC remedy.

Ecommerce Website on AWS- Created ecommerce Asp.Net MVC4 website with shopping cart using jQuery and Amazon RDS (SQL Server Edition). Integrated AWS Toolkit 2.2 in Visual Studio for configuring Elastic Load-Balancer and Auto Scaling policies. Created Auto Scaled Windows EC2 Virtual Machines minsize set to 2 VMs. Configured RDS Server and connected remote server with SQL Server Management Studio.

Distributed Caching on Web – Configured Memcached in .Net environment to enable distributed caching and session management. Developed a portal in .Net and used Memcached as a data structure server for storing sessions. It improves performance over SQL Server which is traditionally used for storing session in state farms.
