Manage the day-to-day operations of the Information Security department along with managing vendor relations in the auditing and technology sectors. Duties include portfolio management of IT Security, budgetary planning, approving IT security changes, legal authorizations, production control approvals, change control board, financial planning, and forecasting.

Managed a multi-million dollar portfolio involving the implementation of infrastructure projects. The portfolio involved moving services to cloud technology for over 14,000 users. The programs within the portfolio involved the planning of budgetary funds and tracking of resource management. Additional duties included the tracking of process management for Governance and Operations, technical management of system engineers, architecture design of infrastructure, documentation management, executive management presentations on overall status of the program, and training of personnel required to implement and use products.

Managed the software development department, as well as oversee multiple ongoing projects utilizing Agile Methodology in the hospitality industry. Responsibilities included providing guidance and management of software development team leads, collaborating with client managers and account managers on new client custom projects, lead technical discussion with stakeholders, provide marketing knowledge on current projects, and overall management of all project managers and business analyst. In addition, managed the DevOps and UAT department.

 

Senior IT Project Manager responsible for implementing a multi-million dollar cloud-based solution for aging technology on a global level for North America, Europe, and Japan. Responsibilities include planning end-to-end work streams with Office 365 enterprise level licensing, supervising of the engineering staff, on-site vendor management, organizational restructure, SOW documentation, technology training, and architectural design. The implementation of the Office 365 and cloud-based technology included redesign of the data center located in the United States, England, Germany, and Japan.

§ JC Penney (2012-2013): Lead consultant responsible for technical design and implementation of cloud computing technology. Tracks include the deployment of Lync to over 130,000 users, email retention policy  design and implementation, Exchange Online, Lync, SharePoint, Email Skimming, Archiving, eDiscovery. Other projects include the design and implementation of video training and broadcasting technology fed through satellite to over 1100 store locations.

§ Microsoft (2010-2012): Advise, plan, lead  and assign engineers tasks of Microsoft cloud computing products on a specialized hosting team. Project management for the implementation of enterprise-level organizations migrating to the cloud. Provide expertise and leadership in training, create technical manuals and knowledge base articles, and lead engineers in troubleshooting issues of server management, network and router configuration, and Exchange.
