Description:

Finacle Digital commerce product (A Finacle Suites of Product) is a Flagship program to provide digital commerce capability to the Banking and Non-Banking users based on Wallet solution which will facilitate Fund Transfers, Bill Payments, Merchant Payments…etc. without the need of carrying the Cash, Credit or debit Card. Agent Banking Product is FDC suite of Products for Inclusion services of non-Banking customers who are not connected to the Bank with Banking accounts. Agent banking product will enable the Banks to roll out digital banking services by Agent network across the country. These Agents perform transactions on behalf of the Bank collecting Cash from the users and earn commission based on Transaction amount. Voucher solution would help the Bank Users to issue a voucher to friends and family so as they can redeem the voucher from ATMs and POS devices. Standard Bank is leveraging Finacle Digital Commerce to provide inclusion services to Banking and Non-Banking Customers. Standard Bank also implemented Finacle Internet Banking and Mobile Banking to provide wide variety of services to Bank Customers which they can avail without the need to visit the Bank.

Responsibilities:

•          Involved in Architecture, Design and Solution of Finacle Digital Commerce Agent Banking product and Finacle Digital Commerce Instant Money products for Standard Bank.

•          Involved in Use case design, Class Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, and MVC Architecture of Agent Management Web portal, Wallet Management, Customer Management, Device Management, Shift Management Modules as per requirements from the Standard Bank Business users.

•          Involved in extensive discussions with Business Analysts, Business Users and Senior Business Managers in building Overall Solution which was developed later and delivered within the time requirements as required by the Standard Bank Business.

•          Involved in high level design of XML data formats required to construct Web Services for SOAP based communication between various services in the system which can be accessible from Web, Android and IOS devices.

•          Liaised with ATM teams in mapping and converting ISO8583 message format to XML format understandable by Finacle Digital Commerce APIs.

Description:

Lloyds Banking Group has taken an "immense" system integration aimed at dramatically cutting costs. A major part of the integration from an IT perspective was the migration of Halifax and Bank of Scotland customer accounts and data to the scaled Lloyds TSB platforms.

GMAC Bank (Banking Division of General Motors) was rebranding its portal to Ally with new set of functionalities like Product rates, Calculators, Search, E-Mail, Contact Us....etc. We were involved in the development of middleware with the connectivity to database to extract data using Spring Framework with Hibernate. Our work includes Application Release, Warranty Support and Maintenance of the Consumer Portal.

Responsibilities:

•          Involved in Lloyds Bank’s large scale integration project to merge Halifax and Lloyds TSB data into Lloyds Banking Group involving IBM File-Net P8 Technologies for Content Management and Workflow solution.

•          Involved design and development of large scale Account Switching application to transfer Bank account from foreign banks to Lloyds Banking Group accounts.

•          Involved in Design reviews and Code reviews of FileNet P8 & Switchers projects.
