·   Solely inherited a Digital Asset Management system called Media Bin and responsible for day-to-day support, maintenance, and numerous upgrades.

·   Responsible for maintenance and troubleshooting of 3 Virtual servers and a SQL database as well as IIS, FTP, and Juniper VPN.

·   Utilize Active Directory and Group Policy to create new user accounts, email distribution lists, and contacts.

·   Responsible for creating a disaster recovery plan for the system as well as archiving and backing up assets and SQL database.

·   Used knowledge of Windows file structure principles and folder security to complete a project that revamped the entire folder architecture of the system.

·   Completed a project that upgraded the system to a newer version as well as divide components onto 3 virtual servers utilizing VMWare ESX 3.5.

·   Took the lead on a project to implement powerful user environment manipulation software to replace Windows roaming profiles called Desktop Authority.

·   Worked on a project to create a new Blackberry Enterprise Server in the Boston office, migrating users to new server, initializing new Blackberries, and pushing out software configurations to newly initialized Blackberries.

·   Given the lead of creating new desktop and laptop images using Symantec Ghost and distributing created images to all of the machines in the firm.
