SUMMARY Over the years of my professional career; I have made it a personal goal to learn the ins and
outs of all of the technological resources that are being used by my employer. I take the
initiative to learn about and train myself on new software and hardware technologies. I am a
very hands on person; and do not leave a task unfinished; rather it's a simple monitoring
project; or Root Cause Analysis Investigation. I strive for perfection; however, I'm not afraid
to ask for help when I need it. This makes me not only an asset; but a team player as well. I
interface with the different departments and share my knowledge on our existing products
with my teammates to help better their performance and careers as well.
I spend my off time reading articles on TechNet, testing out new software technologies, and
strengthening my knowledge on our current Monitoring Platforms.
When I am not in "work" mode; I spend time with my family; help enhance the
Cyanogenmod Android Project; and administer a "Basement Data Center."
