Responsible for architecting VMWare ESX 5.x cloud infrastructure used by development and ET teams. Also, responsible for increasing test automation percentage threefold - from 20% to 60% - within 2 years while managing ET team of 12+ for feature and performance testing of SafeNet’s ProtectV product used to protect virtual machines on the cloud. VMs of various Windows and Linux flavors are managed by PV Manager which sends, authenticates and rotates keys for the clients. Responsible for global deployment of AutoEASY – the internal Cisco test harness, replacing the old test harnesses Autotest and ATS_EASY.  The process includes requirement gathering, educating the client via face-to-face or online meetings, including the post-deployment assessment follow-ups.  Analyzed the data gathered for the AutoEASY runs on a weekly and monthly basis to track scheduling.  The metrics were analyzed and reports were prepared in Excel along with management charts. Compiled and installed Apache server on Linux platform with the mySQL and LDAP module to gather and analyze various metrics, by making them available online to see if the deployment is taking place smoothly. Also, provide help with the build and release, fixing bugs, cycle along with running the sanity regression tests.

No bookmarking or directly entering the URL to access the document would provide access to the user.

·   Used the user-group access database approach for authenticating and providing resource access.

·   Phase I - Assessed KLA-Tencor's GUI interfaces to their wafer inspection tools for compatibility with Mercury Interactive's XRunner and CenterLine Software's QC/Replay, for the purpose of test development and regression testing.

·   Phase II - Responsible for writing test scripts to test GUIs using X-Runner for the wafer-testing machine.

·               Test automation engineer in the Small Internetworks Business Unit (SIBU).  Contributed towards development of test architecture and test harness.  Developed automation scripts to test the Cisco 1900/2800 fixed, modular and lite switches including the Catalyst 5000.  Worked with tool developers to generate test scripts as specified in the test plan. Test Automation scripts were written in Tcl.
