KYC Services (Joint Venture)

ü       A Joint venture (JV) initiative between Markit and Genpact.

ü       Worked alongside teams from both sides to build “Know Your Client” (KYC) Services that provides standardized, end-to-end managed service that centralizes data and process management for banks whilst providing their counterparties a single solution for distributing KYC documents and data.

ü       Headed Enterprise wide migration projects on Messaging and OS platform. (Migrate to Windows 2008 based Active Directory/Exchange 2007 environment integrated with VoIP and Blackberry Enterprise Servers. User base ~ 5500

ü       Managed Security infrastructure in a heterogeneous environment that has a mix of Cisco, Fortigate, Checkpoint, Netscreen, and a Nokia IP71 Firewalls ensuring 99.5% System uptime with about 40 WAN Links, MPLS mesh and Layer3 IPsec Tunnels using various protocols and technologies spanning the globe.
