Application Developer Technical Lead

* Worked as a senior developer on a team that created a C#/Silverlight cloud application to manage clinical chemotherapy treatment. This application is used by oncologists, nurses and billing specialists to order appropriate chemotherapy regimens, document chemotherapy drug administrations and automate the process of chemotherapy billing.* Led design and development efforts for several key modules in the system including current medications, drug/allergy interaction checking, order prerequisites, order revisions and outbound document interfaces. All modules were developed in C# and conformed to a standard system architecture which included an MVVM Silverlight presentation layer.* Served as scrum master for 12-person Agile team for a period of 9 months. In this role, I facilitated all Agile ceremonies, helped manage the team backlog, reported on team velocity and also worked to resolve team communication and interpersonal issues.* Collaborated with system architect to create comprehensive training program for new developers based on a series of instructor led tutorials. * Developed and maintained a web application that allows home builders to view information related to jobs, purchase orders and schedules from an ERP system. This application was developed using .NET 2.0 and Infragistics web controls with a SQL Server 2000 back end.* Developed a variety of summary reports using SQL Server Reporting Services 2.0.* Designed and developed a 3-tier application that allows homes builders to manage selection and cost of options during the construction of custom homes.* Designed and developed a set of object-oriented components that was used to generate job estimates that describe the estimated cost of materials and labor needed to build a home.* Worked closely with senior managers and customer focus groups to gather requirements for new products and enhancements.

* Worked on a large team that created a C++ framework for patient monitors.* Developed a series of real-time graphical user interface components such as menus, dialogs and status screens for biomedical devices. These components were used to manage safety critical user settings and patient demographic information.
