Senior Cloud Consultant - Global Enterprise Cloud Architect Role

Hired to create, define, and implement a global cloud strategy for Adecco worldwide.  Deliverables included providing architectures, roadmaps, recommendations, migration process, selection of technology set and vendors, definition of procedures & processes in the delivery of strategic cloud computing platform solution.

·   Formulated, architected and designed, cloud-based global architecture solutions.

·   Formulated and implemented roadmap of cloud computing architecture for major cost savings of operating applications in the cloud for development, test, and production environments.  Used Amazon Web Services product suite (AWS, EC2, S3 …).

·   Determined migration strategy and performed cost comparison analysis for moving and operating election applications in a public cloud, private cloud, and hybrid cloud.

·   Initiated, designed and implemented, active/live on-demand application monitoring to view and analyze overall health and behavior of software running in production environment.

Senior Consultant - Infrastructure & QA Director / Manager

Founding member of team that designed and developed fully redundant, highly scalable, geographically distributed national exit poll system with website, internal and external live feeds, providing real-time exit poll data with statistical analysis for live on-air TV broadcast used by National Election Pool (NEP) comprised of ABC, CBS, CNN, FOX, NBC and the Associated Press (AP).

·   Charged to deliver operational product for high pressure election coverage. Innovative management process and execution resulted in project savings of 15 million dollars.

·   Negotiated with vendors to receive $210,000 in product discounts. Built relationships for future deals.

·   Delivered on-time and on-budget, following 10 months of development, the first system went live during California primaries in 2003 achieving 100% reliability and accuracy.

·   Acted as COO for day-to-day operations in absence of President.
