· Analyzed ibm.com PartnerWorld website performance and provided recommendations and
education to the development team and web architect for improvements. In some cases, web
pages in remote locations were taking over a minute to display. Worked with the IBM team to
establish and gather data from remote probes using Dynatrace and perform root cause analysis.

improvements, caching schemes, minification, compression, CDN usage). Educated managers
and executives on how to measure performance and track improvements (User Perceived
Performance vs. Total Network Response Time). Worked with the IBM web architects to
implement Akamai edge instances. Results reduced page load time in China from over 1
minute to under 3 seconds on average.
