for University LDAP infrastructure and several OpenLDAP platforms for various development and test requirements. Directly
responsible for successfully integrating Office 365 as our new cloud email/calendar solution with Stanford LDAP directory. This

production and QA/Test environments for Apple Mobile Advertising , iAd in the Cupertino HQ. Led and managed a newly formed dev-­ops
team in an effort to fully integragte the acquisition of the newly acquired Quatra Wireless company which was later rebranded as
iAD with Apple’s Internet Services Group. Took the initiative to plan and architect a new end to end solution for imaging and pushing
code or system changes first in QA before rolling it out to production with the introduction of better branching and tagging. Plan for
iAd's expansion and growth by understanding their capacity needs and translating that into HW quotes. Provide solutions for storage
requests for hadoop clusters, Oracle RAC, Oracle Exadata, BI Oracle and other Oracle 11g DB servers as well as application servers for
both SAN and NAS. Design various load balancers by creating Netscaler VIPs and populate server pools to load balance traffic between
various adserver nodes. Cook security fixes into our imaging system such that the new server deployments have the volunerability fixes
already built in. Organize meetings, provide bridge conference calls with our production support North Carolina System Engineering
team on a weekly basis to streamline deployments and deliverables. Regularly meet with Site Reliability Team (SRE) Tools team and
ISG security team to adopt solutions developed and geared for ISG operations and leverage their latest tools for automation and

As the team lead, work on secret projects from conception to launch. Responsible for all aspects of iTunes Store operations, including
production code pushes, expansions, hotfixes to patch applications or automation of deployments for production class servers, NetApp
filers in order to scale to meet the demands of 100’s of millions of users accessing the many underlying production application tiers.
Introduce new production applications and work on several secret projects by building out its corresponding network and
infrastructure. Bring up new environments relevant to iTunes Store, iMessage, Facetime, Game Center, App Store, push notifications
and various other platforms while introducing new best of the breed production class servers with new kernel & new boot image
requirements for the entire infrastructure including scalability testing and performance tuning. This led to creating a faster deployment
strategy, jumpstart frame work to flash archives imaging and kickstart. Flash imaging reduced iTS deployment times significantly by 4x
for both Solaris application servers and Oracle DB serers. Architected and brought up APNS (push notification, push.apple.com)
