Hired by VP of Engineering and Director of Engineering, to create and manage a new OSS development team.   Conducted interviews, hired team members, and integrated some internal development teams.  Created multiple teams of expertise: Large Data, Embedded Devices, and Operations teams, which included both Windows and Linux developers.  Introduced Agile Scrum process to Clearwire, and successfully implemented on my teams.  Implemented peer reviews for architecture, design and code.  Large Data team implemented ETL of network equipment into Data Warehouse and provided BI Reporting (C#, Bash, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Netezza, and MicroStrategy).  Embedded Systems team created custom network router devices for planning and operations management (Linux, OpenWrt, MySQL, Java, and GlassFish), Operations team utilized network management tools (ZenOss, Cacti, Nagios) and custom SNMP tools.

Developed XA support for CICS/6000, Encina, and TopEnd. Developed and delivered course work for technical support training for all XA products.
