·         Design/Sales- Consulting with clients, site analysis and layout, site design, estimating and pricing, rendering, change orders, client follow-up to ensure satisfaction

 

·         ­Superintendent/Project Manager- Managing landscape design projects ranging from $5000-$450,000; responsible for daily supervision of 4-5 crewmembers, ensuring work is completed on schedule, meeting with sub-contractors, inspectors and crews, scheduling work, breaking down blue prints for bids and purchasing, ensuring project completion and satisfaction­, traveling when needed

             

·         ­AutoCAD Draftsman- Developing landscape architectural plan legends, elevations and section details, final master plans from conceptual drawings; preparing construction documents, collaborating with designers for revisions
