ExxonMobil Pipeline Co., Cerritos, CA, (Continuous Service Agreement) 2000 - 2014

Create, maintain, update and catalog pipeline alignment drawings, system maps, flow diagrams and other facility

drawings at ExxonMobil Pipeline Division, Torrance, CA refinery utilizing Microstation SE & 8.1 platforms with

IRAS B5.2 scanning and digitizing capabilities. Update ExxonMobil database to satisfy completed engineering

projects.

Compose Aerial Map overlays for specific active, idle, and abandoned routes. Provide improvement notices for

Right-Of-Way Department, including research on existing lines where field data is needed to be compiled and

analyzed for various projects to ensure conformance and consistency and assure company access within right-of-way

boundaries. Combining of existing EMPCo drawing files, raster imagery, point data/GIS source data to construct

and design proposed pipeline relocations/realignments primarily due to state requirements for environmental

concerns. Feature studies, pipeline & facility change diagrams, foreign line crossings studies and remedial action

reports. Provide assistance and design support to EMPCo engineers, field staff and other associated departmental

staff. Distribution of drawings and engineering documentation using EMPCo's office systems (Lotus Notes, Access,

Excel and Word).

Marathon Pipeline Project (Ohio) - Engineering Drafting support, research of quadrangle reference

drawings, alignment drawings and other substructure sources for accurate pipeline routing. Property

ownership research involving townships and counties. Final pipeline alignment development in

Microstation SE.

Southern California Edison (Los Angeles and Orange Counties) - Right-of-Way agent role researching

and investigating properties for accessible easements to provide electrical service by SCE to commercial/

residential buildings. Documentation follow-up from beginning to final signing of easements, which were

then forwarded to SCE as legal document.

Olympic Pipeline (State of Washington) - Engineering Design support, use of topographic maps for pipeline

routing through environmentally sensitive areas (schools, hospitals, etc.). Heavy CAD support (AutoCAD R14)

on alignment drawings delineating proposed routes.

Southern California Edison (Los Angeles County) - As-built - Complete alignment drawings, design &

development depicting Edison lines/surrounding substructures. Profile calculations displaying configurations

of grade levels, pipeline depths, and surrounding foreign substructures.
