Instrumentation Panel Configurations WORK EXPERIENCE
October 2015 to Present Tessenderlo Kerley Services – Phoenix, AZ 3D Piping Designer (contract position) Worked on the operational expansion of an existing
Sulfur Recovery Plant Owned by Jupiter / Conoco Philips 66 in Billings
Montana. My duties on this project included the 3D creation and placement of
a Molten Sulfur Day Tank, the Catalyst Bed, the Acid Gas Regenerator, the
Sulfur Condenser, the Sample Cooler, the Molten Sulfur Storage Tank and
Pumps. Piping included the Molten Sulfur, Nitrogen, Low and High
Pressure Steam & Condensate, Cooling Water, Acid Gas, Utility Air, Boiler
Feed, Blowdowns and Vent lines. The Nozzles on the equipment were Steam
Jacketed and the lines were heat traced. The pipers were also
responsible for placement of the structural support of the pipes and the
creation of the equipment shop drawings. This project was created on
AutoCAD 2015, CADworx Plant and Equipment 2015 and Navisworx 2015 programs
respectively. October 2014 to October 2015 Precision Systems Engineering – Sandy, UT Lead Designer / Checker / Sr. 3D Piping Designer
(contract position) Worked with Engineers to Create Process Piping
Models, Orthographic, Isometric and P&ID drawings for clients of the
O&G and Manufacturing Industries. Began Contract as a Sr. 3D
Designer, but was promoted to a Checker Position, then eventually to a Lead
Role. Information for these projects were provided from P & Id’s,
Field Surveys and Field Notes. All projects were completed on AutoCAD,

as a 3d designer at the Crystal River Nuclear Power Plant on a project
created for the purpose of halting and repairing an on going delamination of
the exterior concrete walls of the Reactor building. Phase 1 required
the de-tensioning of the bay walls so wall repairs could then take
place. To reach the tension cables embedded in the RC walls, knockouts
in all the floors (and ceilings) around the bay walls needed to be removed
and the all existing pipe, cable, raceway, support steel etc. needed to be
re-routed to NRC standards for proper clearance to take place. To
assist in the engineering of these re-routes, a highly detailed 3d CAD model
of the Plant had to be created based off of the original CD’s that were in
PDF format. Working from the model, we would then create all the
different Engineering Changes (EC’s) for the knockout plans and re-routes for
the various disciplines to create the aforementioned knock-out areas.
We would then check and cross check our EC’s to assure proper design. The
different software used on this project were Microstation V8i and PlantSpace. October 2011 to February 2012 Intermountain Consumer Professional Engineers, Inc.
