extending from Mississippi across the Gulf of Mexico to areas South East of

Land Surveyors to create plats that could be used to negotiate right

survey capture, download and processing. FDOT standards. After completion of the above assignment reassigned
to a large development project in Blythe, CA and Ehrenberg, AZ
and made use of AutoCAD 2002 and Land Development Desktop II. 12/1995 to 08/2000 Civil Drafting Designer, Peak Technical Pittsburgh, PA. Contracted with Peak Technical in a variety of
projects for varying time lengths in several States and with numerous
engineering firms AutoCAD 2000 and Land Development Desktop II as well
as Microstation J. Most of the work done through Peak involved major
land development and site development projects, large and small
subdivisions and large commercial projects, such as Wal-Mart parking lots,
Ruby Tuesday restaurants, golf course/subdivisions. Site plans, grading and drainage, sewer and water,
pressure relief stations, pump stations, gensets. Responsible for dealing directly with clients and
survey crews on a continuous basis to ascertain the quality of the files and
to make sure that the field work was progressing on schedule. Designed and revamped the Fort Carson Military Base
in Colorado. Development site consisted of 400 single and
multi-family dwellings. Software included AutoCAD 2000 and Land Development
Desktop II. Worked with sensitive wetland areas and developed
overland drainage for storm water and storm water management as well as
structural, mechanical, electrical drafting and worked on pressure reducing
stations, lift stations, underground utilities roadways and streets and land

and town homes, revamped the existing structures and produced new
and as built plans for the entire project. A great deal of field work and construction
evaluation (supervision) was required. Involved with other companies as a contract designer
