of those years consisted of placing underground utilities and locating them

for the local area utility companies. Another five years of which consists of

Civil design and Drafting. Additionally, I bring an additional level of

well as certified Autodesk Technical Support Specialist and Certified

Trainer.

December 2012 to Present

As a foreman and operator for Sefnco Communications, I manage projects,

provided verification of utility locates before placing operating heavy

equipment placing underground utilities, long distance fiber optic placement

and locating multiple cable runs for Comcast Cable and Zayo Fiber.

Another duty I performed was the position of Class A CDL driver with

airbrake endorsement, hauling equipment throughout the Pacific Northwest

as well as long haul from the east coast to the Offices in the Pacific

Northwest region

ELM Utility Locating Spokane, WA

June 2011 to December 2012

As an ELM Locating technician, I performed various duty locating Avista

Utilities natural gas pipelines, and electrical power primary and secondary

lines for the general public and local companies throughout Northern Idaho

and Eastern Washington. I utilized Arcview GIS software on a regular basis

finding locations of utilities, work areas, general mapping. I use AutoCAD

software creating working drawings for submittal to Avista for print

updating.

Sept. 2010 to June 2011

As an Electrical Apprentice for Summit Electric I have performed various

electrical jobs from pulling cable and wires to trouble shooting electrical

problems. I have also installed low voltage wiring into new homes in the

Postfalls and Coeur d’Alene area. I have a valid Apprentice card for

Washington and Idaho.

As a manager, technical support specialist, instructor and channel partner

Taylor Engineering, Coeur d’Alene, ID

June 2006 to April 2008

As a Civil Designer/Drafter for Taylor engineering I designed multiple

projects from waste water treatment plant designs, to sanitary sewer

projects, as well as road rehabilitation and subdivision designs. I inspected

al of the projects that I designed as well as other large scale projects that

the engineering firm was working on. I also have a vast knowledge in GIS

bringing in data for design purposes for Washington State University and

placing operating heavy equipment placing underground utilities, long

Spokane Veterans Administration Medical Center

September 1992 to September 1994

As a federal work study employee for the VA healthcare system for a period

of approximately 2 years, I filled the position of Hematology Lab Assistant,

and Microbiology Lab Assistant, processing all of the samples that came

into both labs in the evenings. I also filled the position of Phlebotomy Tech

processing patient’s specimens, and going to the different wards and

drawing patient’s labs from them, taking the back to the lab, performing

tests on them and computer annotation of results for the doctors to review.

US Army

1985 to 1989

As a soldier in the US Military, I specialized as a Construction Equipment

Mechanic and operator. I also performed Maintenance on all wheeled

vehicles, track vehicles, and on all generators that the military had. Another

duty I performed was the position of Class A CDL driver with airbrake

endorsement and fuel handler for the military.
