K-BOSS contract awarded to ITT Duties: 1.) Supervision of all Graphics Section, Photo Lab Section, Videography Section
employees, as well as Carpentry and Painters’ Sections that were involved in
training support. This activity is one of the highest volume Visual
Information (VI) activities in the Army system. Our organization supported US
Combat Service Units from the Horn of Africa up through Afghanistan (CENTCOM
AOR). 2.) Maintained positive control of Government/Contractor Provided
Equipment (GFE) in excess of $1M. 3.) Ordered, maintained and controlled production supplies, shop stock and
equipment within the activity with inventories in excess of $1M and ensured
the availability of those supplies through usage tracking and ordering
procedure modifications when necessary. I was heavily involved in budget
forecasting requirements for both equipment and production supplies. 4.) Maintained and strove to bolster positive customer satisfaction and
positive customer relationships with the Army Training Support Center. 5.) Wrote internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) & developed
flow charts and attachments. 6.) Made recommendations and pushed for hardware and software upgrades to
maximize output. 7.) Performed monthly internal audits for selected activities within the
department in preparation for internal & external QC audits in order to
maintain ISO 9002 Quality System Certification. 8.) Ensured all documentation (i.e. DA Forms) were accurate and complete. 9.) Ensured all CDRL items were met or exceeded in a timely fashion for
all areas under watch. 10.) Provided input to management on contract compliance and conformance

variety of equipment and software and ensured user level maintenance was
performed in order to maximize the lifecycle of equipment. 12.) Maintained Right to Know Workstations including an extensive
MSDS library and ensured that new employees were trained on the safe usage
and proper storage procedures for a wide variety of materials. 13.) Received yearly Hazardous Materials Operations trainings at both the
40 HR and 10 HR levels. And maintained a 40 HR OSHA card. 14.) Ensured adherence to ITAR, BIS & EAR requirements and regulations. 15.) Acted as unit Information Management Officer (IMO) ensuring that over
40 computers and networked systems within the unit remained IAVA compliant by
adding prescribed software patches or upgrades. Noncompliance of a single
computer could remove a whole section of computers from the USG NIPR network
thereby bringing production within the section to a halt. 16.) Attended USG mandated annual trainings including ITAR. 17.) Wrote performance appraisals for employees under my supervision and
strove to maintain morale under a very challenging set of circumstances. 18.) Performed videography/editing, photography, graphics design, and
audiovisual production in support of USG and Training Support Center
customers’ requirements. Production typically included shooting of video,
adding audio and combining the elements to create training packages for the
customer. 19.) Involved in the design and layout and construction in the creation of
Training Aids for the US Army Training Support Center. This included detailed
mockups of items such as the crew compartment of UH-60 helicopters for use in
