· Managed community forums to ensure customer problems were addressed and answered.

· Moderated the company Facebook page for Pinball Arcade to make sure customer concerns were noted and incorporated into company meetings.

· Tested across consoles (Ps3, PSVita, 360, iOS, Android) for game breaking bugs and worked with platform programmers to fix found bugs.
