Role: Salesforce Senior Developer

Description: Salesforce.com unlimited @ Dreambuilder Investments is implemented in a single org with two

sandbox orgs. Dreambuilder is a private mortgage investment company with specialty in acquisition,

management and liquidation of defaulted residential mortgages nationwide.

Responsibilities:

• Implemented Lexis Nexis reporting process, and MERS Reconciliation process. These processes provide

property state and sales potential.

• Developed loan validating process using Demand Tool saved scenario on Salesforce objects to update

custodian’s document information. This automation enables opportunity team to win the opportunity using

Wells Fargo’s weekly data and the updated Salesforce report.

• Developed a solution to ensure accurate property data in Salesforce objects is up-to-date. This solution

provides data team the power to present accurate date which shortens the final sale span. This solution is

achieved by using weekly Salesforce report data, iMacro information scrape, data comparison, Apex

update, and assign level indicator.

• Designed and developed Salesforce objects to accommodate Wells Fargo attachments, determine

needed fields, creating Salesforce object and child objects, conducting initial data load, creating object

trigger, creating Apex class in eclipse to process information. This solution provides campaign team

targeting validated property.

• Developed a solution targeting note buyers tracking responses, note interest, and total tape size. Achieved

by using workflow rules that send Conga emails to note buyers and that process response emails to track

the response percentage. Apex class on mail services were created to update Salesforce objects and to

attach incoming email. This solution provides sales team information on potential note buyers.

• Design and developed a solution sending portfolio emails to homeowners. This solution was created using

Salesforce mail template, Visualforce pages, Apex classes, workflow rules, approval process, to finalize

settlement offer, and payment plan offer. This solution provides deal team needed tool to quickly close

deals.

• Converted file and paper loan documents and uploaded to Amazon S3 web service. Created S3 links with

expiration date, access key, and security key. Created attachments object with lookup to deals – summary.

Matched Salesforce record ID and inserted Amazon S3 links as attachments to deals. This solution

enables company-wide fast document retrieval and document distribution.

• Coordinated between development team and production teams to ensure changes taken place in

production environment are populated to development before system deployment.

• Managed IT voice, data could-based infrastructure after IT director left his position four months ago.

• Prepared property data to be imported to Salesforce in summer 2007. Created Salesforce objects to

contain property data.
