Description:

People Fluent, one of the leading total workforce social HCM technology company, provides a Talent Engagement Cloud by providing different services likes Talent Management, Recruiting services, Performances, Compensation, Learning Management, Workforce Communications, etc. The service on which I am working is Learning Management, which provides Content Management, Skills and Compliance Management, Social learning, Reporting and e-Commerce.

Roles and Responsibilities:

·  Actively participate in Cost planning & Sprint planning meetings.

Description:

          Netsuite’s ERP application basically supports Lojacks integration from Great Plains to new cloud based Netsuite application. It helps in integration of Procure to pay , Lead to cash, order to Service functionalities in a new cloud based environment for greater efficiency and productivity.

 

Responsibilities:

·  Worked closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Project Managers and Business Users for supporting new functionalities as well as integration existing functionalities for quality assurance of application and to deliver high quality enterprise-wide applications.

·  Analyze business, technical requirements and requirements gaps to create and maintain test plans that outline detailed test coverage and test cases.

·  Involved in GUI, Functional, Integration, System and Regression testing of the application. Performed both positive and negative tests.

·  Involved in Data validation by loading data (Extraction, Transformation and loading) from backend using Jitterbit ETL tool for report generation.

Description:  

e-Commerce is an online web based internet application.  This website facilitates customers to purchase products online. Customer can login with their login information through which they get access to purchase products. Customers can select products and order by using credit card and ship through check out. Implemented and enhanced Reward/ loyalty points accumulation and redemption for e-shopping.

 

e-Commerce also includes homegrown desktop applications(client tools) to support admin functions for Bulk inventory creation, user creation etc. These tools/applications are developed in Microsoft technologies and were tested using MS suite (TFS, MTM etc)

 

Responsibilities:

·  Worked closely with Business Analysts, Developers, and business users for requirements gaps and quality assurance of application.

·  Involved in daily stand-up meetings and weekly sprint meetings to discuss project status and requirements.

Description:  

Online Banking enhancements is a web-based application that gives customers access to their account information. Customers can check their account balances, view account activities, transfer funds/balances from other accounts, fraud alerts, spending reports, instant communications – emails, chat and customer services.

Worked on end to end banking system and enhancements for online banking.

Responsibilities:

·  Analyzed Functional specifications and requirement documents to categorize the units in testing and managed requirements in the requirement plan manager.

·  Reviewed use-cases, business process flows, architecture flows, BRD documents for QA documentation.

·  Involved in creation of Test Plan, Test Cases as per the business requirements and executed test cases, verified results, reported results in problem reporting database.

·  Conducted various types of testing like GUI, Functional and System testing.

Description:  

Application designed for health plans; individual, family, employers, organizations offered insurance products. Find a doctor, drug list and other features available for policy holders.

Worked on auto insurance, personal, property insurance products enhancements as per regulatory and organization changes Claims processing system is a process where different types of benefits identified depending upon the claimant’s insurance products. Each claimant is provided with necessary assistance depending upon the Benefit type, which they fall into.

Responsibilities:

·  Involved and managed Test plan including identification of detailed requirements.

·  Performed functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, and end-to-end testing manually.

·  Following process were followed during the course of testing: Release Notes, Installation Report, Log Files, Requirement Sign Off forms, Test Report, UAT Report in QA environment.    

·  Created test cases, test scenarios for insurance plans for individual, family, organizations, group benefits for policy requirements; age, sex, health conditions, habits (smoker/non-smoker), coverage to calculate premiums.

Applications are integrated with banking system for end to end business solution for single stop services and online services.

 

Responsibilities: 

·  Analyzed business requirements, adjudication rules and flows, business flows to create test documentation with test conditions and business rules.

·  Created end to end scenarios for pre-bureau and post bureau test scenarios to validate business rules for approval or decline of deals.

·  Created Manual Test Cases and Automated Test scripts using Mercury’s Quick test Professional tool.
